Send your details and the date is pencilled while we confirm the particulars.

Confirm and deposit
You get a written quote. A deposit locks the date — fully refundable for 7 days.

Plan it
Planning form and a call to build the timeline, must-plays and do-not-plays.
Good to know
- Peak Niagara Saturdays, June to September, typically book 9–14 months ahead.
- Deposits are fully refundable within 7 days of booking.
- The balance is due 14 days before the event.
- Travel within 50 km is included; beyond that it is quoted up front.
